Here's one of my favorites: "Diferente"- by Gotan Project  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZk-LJ_KCMg

In the "Related Videos" plane, "Santa Maria (Del Buen Ayre)" is also a very nice video. (and song, of course)

Something about the flexibility harmonic minor keys give to you, when you're looking to compose music which modulates, and incorporates things like whole-tone, or overtone, scales, seems to result in a predilection for music with a Spanish feel.  (and if even noticing that doesn't make me dorky enough, the fact that I notice for mathematical reasons surely does  tongue )

Sylosis - "Teras"
Awesome UK thrash-metal.

SikTh - "Bland Street Bloom"
Epic prog-metal video.  These guys broke up too soon.

Hot Water Music - "Remedy"
One of my favourite videos, by one of my favourite bands.

The Swellers - "Bottles"
Melodic skatepunk is alive and well!!!

Biffy Clyro - "57"
One of their early singles (look how young they look!!!), and still one of their best.

Devil Sold His Soul - "The Starting"
Epic and unusually aggressive post-metal.

A - "Starbucks"
Obscenely catchy pop-rock, reminds me of the summer of 2002, being 14 and hanging around the park with mates.

Quicksand - "Thorn In My Side"
Hooray for mid-90s post-hardcore!

and the two cheapest videos ever made:

The Replacements - "Bastards of Young"
The Wildhearts - "Red Light Green Light"

sorry if any of these have already been posted, i had a brief skim through the many pages of this thread, but i might have missed them.

Natalie Portman's Shaved Head finally has a video up!

Sideways Ponytail

That reminds me of Hyper Crush's The Arcade, at least insofar as 80s-loving videos go.

Hyper Crush is pretty awesome.  They put on an amazing live show when I saw them at the Boardwalk a few weeks ago, no matter how bad the bands they played with were.

Got to chat with Holly and Donny afterwards, was chill.

It's been done before but Sigur Rós's "Untitled 1 (Vaka)" Has a really pretty music video.

This is awesome and catchy as hell.  Which is something I would not have expected from an opera/metal hybrid about post-breakup lethargy written by two dudes who are as as old as my parents.
