I think we should make this into the all-purpose Wii number/DS Friend Code/X-Box Live tag thread, and then maybe have it stickied?
Regardless, I'm actually going to buy the wireless adapter for my DS and Wii tomorrow, so I'll post my IDs after that. Even though there aren't any online Wii games yet.

My X-Box Live Gamertag is Lilarcor (100 geek points if you know that reference). However, I don't actually have my 360 hooked up right now, so a friend request would be wasted on me right now.
I'm going to go get the Wii/DS USB Wi-Fi adapter tomorrow with one of the gift cards I got for Christmas, so I'll list my Wii number and DS codes for Mario Kart and Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin when I get that.
Oh, and Final Fantasy III. All of you who have already finished the game should send me ridiculously overpowered equipment.

I changed it to 11, it didn't work, I guess I'll change it to 1 today. But everywhere I've read on the internet says that it has to go back to Nintendo to be fixed. |

Hmm...I think I'll try that. I hope they do, but first I want an SD card so I can keep my zelda and wii sports saves. doing that tomorrow. I didn't know the actual reason behind it, I just knew that it was one of the broken ones. i've tried 1,6,11, and 12, which are all supposed to help somehow, it hasn't worked. oh well. |

Well, I just found out that Nintendo will replace faulty Wii's in 3-4 days with a new one. Wanted to pick up an SD card to transfer stuff, I'll call them tomorrow. So I'll put my friend code up in a week or so.

Yes the wifi is a bitch with the wii, channel 1 works for sure, i know because im using it, try and set up a wifi connection with no security first just to see if you can connect and then protect it, it will not connect on anything other then 1 or 11 so dont try.
