well the guy on the bottom left loses the top of his hair, so one of the guys from the right has to move over to the left side i think, like the guy farthest right becomes the extra guy... i think

The tallest guy (on the right side) in the black shirt shifts, losing part of his feet but gaining nothing. So when the other guys move over, the feet are added to an existing man, and the extra comes from the first guy the bottom of his feet.

I'm probably not explaining this well.
