Stockhausen's Licht (in case you don't know, that's seven operas to the mere four of Wagner's Ring)

And in reality, I don't have any of Licht.  I have a documentary on the Helicopter Quartet, which forms part of one of the operas; yes, it's as the name suggests - the four members of the string quartet play in four helicopters flying above the concert hall, and their sound (and that of the 'copters) is radioed down to speakers.  Sometimes I think that Stockhausen's life was devoted to trying to outdo Cage in breaking down preconceptions...

Anyway:

Iggy Pop- Nightclubbing (from The Idiot)

I am also watching Werner Herzog's Strozek.

Seefeel - Time to Find Me [AFX Fast Mix]

This is a great track.  I need to get Quique at some point; the Polyfusia compilation is wonderful (even if my copy accrues scratches at a greater rate than the rest of my collection).

Iggy Pop- Nightclubbing (from The Idiot)

Also: great.

Now playing for me: Cranes - EP Collection.  I really like this because it showcases the early work when their dark dream-pop (nightmare-pop?) still had a lot of Foetus and Swans influences.  Not that I mind their jangly mid-period or their current ambient/ethereal incarnation, either.
