Hah, yeah the feeling of reading all of QC for the first time is awesome. Just wait until you read it the fifth or sixth time. Wink

Really, the waits aren't that bad since it's updated everyday. Cheesy

Je... I'm actually rereading it twice right now. It's a good way to keep things fresh and also killing the time while the new ones are getting prepared.

What I like about rereading through them is seeing Jeph's art change overtime.

You, know, people, there are other webcomics.

If you're looking for something that stands up well to multiple readings, I recomend http://anderslovesmaria.reneengstrom.com/. Actually Anders <3 Maria doesn't actually make sense until you've read it a couple of times, but the art is good, and the characters are well developed, with backstories and everything.

also,

WHY ARE WE SHOUTING?!?!?!?!

all caps sucks.

I know someone just did not call QC an anime.

I've reread several of the other comics I normally follow, like PA, Megatokyo, CAD, etc.  You want a challenge, try reading through PvP's archive. Eleven years worth.

I think I tried reading this because the later comics looked really cool, then when I went to the start of the archives it was boring for ~200 strips so I stopped reading.

Wont lie ive tried to read other webcomics but none hold my interest like QC. Pennyarcade is the only one that got close. I read QC in about 3day crack session and definitely loved the change in his art and style. Have to say though its his humor and character development that has me completely hooked.

Meh, I read my first comic about... GOD DAMN.

I read my first comic over a year ago. Wow. I've read this much longer than I thought. Anyways, my archive trawl lasted about a day and a half. I'm a rather obsessive person, and have been known to take 3-day trawls places like this: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/QuestionableContent

Oh, right. It would be awful if someone linked there.

Anyway - you can read a bit more about places with nice archives to read HERE. Don't hesitate to open links in new tabs, as it may become difficult to maneuver in web history.

it took me 2 weeks of reading, while going to work, and hanging out with friends (i'm surprised i actually have a life this summer ^_^)

i've gotten a couple of people hooked on it, i know, and i LOVE. QC will now go on my list of dailies to read. maybe i'll reread it eventually, but i think that all of my fb friends will be relieved that they will no longer see links to various QC episodes come up on their newsfeeds. XD teehee.

yes. i enjoyed these past couple of weeks. it has been marvelous. i told myself that i would not visit the forums until i was completely finished, simply to avoid spoilers. i am now satisfied that i can intelligently speak about the comic, and the lives of the characters.

well, i have now lost my QC forum virginity, so i'm off to make futile attempts at conversation with all you strangers, whom i hope i will eventualy get to know, at least a little bit!  grin

The evolution of the art was really cool to watch but I can't remember the last time I was so sucked in by a story and a bunch of fictional characters.

Rene Engström phrases it best describing his own comic Anders Loves Maria:
Quote from: Rene Engström
It is a story about “adulthood” in a modern age where coming-of-age seems to be completely arbitrary.

But it's just as applicable to Questionable Content. We all have the same problems and arbitrariness as Jeph Jacques' characters, but, in most cases, his characters come up with more interesting solutions, or get away with things we wish we could. We all have our hobbies and interests and passions, yet many of us still feel like we lack direction. Jeph has managed to create a whole cast and storyline that not only can we laugh with and at, but we can also empathize with. And rereading the archives gives us hope that if his characters can solve their problems, then maybe we can too ... maybe ...

I'm sure most of us follow a couple dozen webcomics on a daily basis, but I've found very few with the emotional content of Questionable Content ...
