I have read a lot of web comic's but the only one's i fallow and have reread are
 Licd read 5 time's through 7 year's i think
 qc 7 times through
Something positive 4 times through 8 year's going
 Xkcd 1 time through
 Cad  4 time's through
 lfg  5 times through
And nothing nice to say. I read it about 3 time's though it's closed. I actually have read all his comic's mutable time's.

I think I tried reading this because the later comics looked really cool, then when I went to the start of the archives it was boring for ~200 strips so I stopped reading.

I did something similar.  It was linked from XKCD, and the "current" strip made no sense, so I went back to the beginning.  I was so turned off by the artwork and indie music references, I quit after a dozen strips.

I went back a couple of months later, not realizing I'd been there before... and it was Hanners, sledding.  I went backwards to see what led to that - then another strip,  and another...

Before I knew it, I'd gone through about 600 strips in reverse order.  There's nothing weirder than watching a story... well, not unfold... defold?  Refold?  Watching characters be un-troduced, finding the origins of punchlines...

Then I came to me senses and started at the beginning.  This time, it was worth it, and since I knew where they were heading, watching the art change was now fun instead of painful.

And how come no one's mentioned Octopus Pie?

Wow, I thought I was the only one crazy anough to pull something like this :p
I found the site through a link in Mordant Orange last wednesday (2 days ago) I I just finished reading all the stuff. Now I need to detox, it's a good thing I have to wait till monday :p
Happened the same with Something Positive, and CAD, and I almost did the same thing with Penny Arcade, but that's too much. Maybe someday...
Well, I think I'll be reading you guys often. Bye now.

I still remember when I read the whole story...nothing but QC for five days or so Smiley . I don't think it would take me as long to read the whole thing now (ignoring the fact that there are more strips), because I find myself reading comics faster now.

I also speed-read the archives of xkcd, Diesel Sweeties, pictures for sad children, CAD, and I started Anders Loves Maria the other day.

Failed archives (started but never finished): Pantheon, Dinosaur Comics, and Penny Arcade.

wow... big red font.. my eyes! ><

Anyways, I think i found out about the site about 2 years ago on one of my myspace friends page.. she had one of those quizzes and it was "Which questionable content character are you?" so i was like "What is this questionable content?" and decided to check it out. I spent about 5 hours a day for a week doing nothing but reading through it. I was so disappointed when i reached the end  cry ... I miss having new ones to read every single day for hours at a time.... good times. laugh

BEST thing about the QC website (aside from these forums) (oh yeah, and the comic) is the RANDOM button.  Lets you relive those moments you'd nearly forgotten from the last time you reread the whole thing.  When I need a fix over the wekend, it provides several hours(!?!) of entertainment, and provides much the same feeling as the first time I plowed through the archives!

As for rereading the whole thing in 3 hours, that's not reading...After all, you already know what's going on!  It's skimming, at best!

Ah, yes, I read through the archives over a weekend. . . that was two years ago, though. I believe I've read through them about 3 times, though any time I get the urge to do that again, I usually just force myself to find a different webcomic.

The funny part was that I ended up finding the comic due to stumbleupon. I ended up getting jumped randomly over to the comic at a random portion. I started reading some of it and ended up deciding I liked what I had seen so I went to the beginning and started reading. The comic was fairly enjoyable and nicely readable.

Horribly, for all concerned.

Now Joker's feeling this odd compulsion to post in the forum.  As we all know, that's the final stage...

Wait, so how did it end up?

How did what end up? If you mean what I read it involved Steve hoping that his ex got 'dolphin syphilus' and then the vespavenger. I was rather confused, so I started from the beginning figuring that might help. I liked the comic, and figured I'd join the forum to comment if I saw a particularly interesting one or anything in that area.

I started reading this comic in about 2005 as a bet that I could finish reading the entire archive of comics first before another co-worker could. Then one thing lead to another and I found myself checking it everyday at work. It was my "OMG I NEED A LAUGH NOW BEFORE I VERBALLY RIP SOMEONE A NEW ONE!!!!! ( tech support is not a very positive job all the time, who would have thought.). Then I went on Mat leave and found myself still checking for a comic everyday, and here we are in 2009 and for some reason I am still sadly always checking.
