Alzarath:
Hey. I'm new here, I suppose. Been reading through QC for maybe a week now, still yet to catch up completely. The comic's given me much entertainment so far and quite a few laughs which is usually a pretty rare thing for me.
I'm probably not indie enough for the rest of you. I'm kind of new to the indie world, really. Seems like something I'd enjoy being a part of, but I'm just too lazy to really figure out 'how to indie'. I'll just stick around here and hope maybe the indie rubs off on me, I suppose.
Since you don't really care, my interests are ponies, map-making/editing and (very) minor graphics-related stuffs.

Welcome. This is not specifically an indie enclave - whatever that might mean. Rather, people are free to express their views and to discuss those of others, in a respectful way as set out in the rules.
I think we're orange enough without added orange text, though - don't you agree? And it makes your post look like a big clickable link.

Hm, good point... Man, I really like this color. Thanks for welcoming me anywho.
Bachi-Atari:
BROS! BROS! BROS! BROS!

I had to Google around to find out what indie means, and it's probably just as well that I forgot whatever I read. It only seemed to make a difference in the first few hundred comics, when Jeph was establishing his characters' indie cred (is that the right expression?) and probably his own. I think Jeph was quoted saying that even in the comics that discussed music there were points that the uninterested could appreciate, and on a subsequent archive binge, I decided he was right. Anyway, there are some great musical moments. Hanners learning drums is certainly one of those. Enjoy, and welcome!
