Upon reading the last panel, I nearly dropped my coffee mug on the floor.
I should have known better than to pick it up while reading QC.

Cowboy Bebop is directly responsible for this method of filling in past details- gradually, in little installments for each character as the series progresses. posted this one on the new board but hey, what the hell.Jeph your my fucking hero. i will mark out so hard if theres some girl with wild red hair jumping from the ceilings in the next strip. so i guess i now know why you decided to name one of your characters Faye.

Looks like the art's been tweaked a bit again. The “breast line, for lack of a better term, is gone on the girls' shirts, and their contours are done completely with shading. I think that's pretty nifty and more realistic. Nice job.

I was just going to comment on the new shading on the shirts. It makes them(the shirts, not the girls) seem a bit looser, and I'm a lady, so that's a good thing. Thumbs up, and all that

Why is Marten me? This whole Vicky subplot reminds me crazily of certain happenings in my own life. At least Marten has two sympathetic lady friends to vent to!

I don't suppose you have a Cowboy Bebop themed panel for Halloween, Jeph? That'd be pretty badass to see Pintsize dressed up as Ein, and Marten all Spike-sulky, not just indie-sulky.

(whew my old account's still here)
...well, if there were to be one anime that Jeph borrows style from, I think it's great that it's Cowboy Bebop.
now, I was going to draw a bunch of similairities between QC characters and the main cast of Cowboy Bebop (though I don't know a WHOLE lot), but I won't. I can't be bothered to think like that right now :-P

w00t. I like the new perspectives Jeph is playing with in the comic, the angle of the first frame is rockin'. I can't stop listening to Think We're Alone Now by Tiffany. Someone kill me.

Hey people haven't posted in while just thought I comment on todays comic. Also do not be afraid of the avatar that is how i really look except without the stupid grin or santa hat. Sorry its so blurry.
Hey Jeph man great comic. Artwork was superb as always and had an excellent balance of humor and seriousness. Also like you using the Cowboy Bebop method of revealing a characters past. Gives you just enough of glimpse into their past without overloading you with new info and just whetting your appetite enough to want to learn more about them.
Also Merry Christmas and Happy Boxing Day to those of you who are Canadian or Brittish.

I have been waiting for some sort of Martin related plot for a while. Though Jeph is right. There is a serious lack of male characters in the strip.

I think there should be a comic devoted entirely to Dora . . like "Dorable Content" or something. Prob. just because she's my favorite character.

"Stockholm Syndrome" has nothing to do with sex, necessarily...
it only applies when you have been kidnapped, and describes the sympathy you end up feeling toward your kidnappers.

I have been waiting for some sort of Martin related plot for a while. Though Jeph is right. There is a serious lack of male characters in the strip. I think there should be a special set of strips dedicated to these people who have their own ideas how the strip should go... and every frame can just be giving them the finger.

I'd like to note from personal expierence: Nipple piercings take a lot more then one week to heal. There's a six month period where you're not supposed to touch it, play with it, do anything with it... Six months is a very long time...
