Has anyone ever played...Ragnarok Online? Does anyone still? Discuss.

I was in the original beta, and that wasn't very fun.  Rediculous lag, 50 billion people, and low rates to boot.  I've played on many pirate servers(Many of which are better than the PAY server), and that was quite fun for a while.  However, I've beat the crap out of that game, and don't plan on playing it again until the pirate servers have some new classes.

I loved this game because I really enjoy bopping cute things on the head with a silly looking character. Unfortunately it costs money and I didn't think it was good enough to pay for. IF there was a single player version I would absolutely love this game.
