Any band who release an album called 'home is where you hang yourself' is genius in my eyes...I love them, they're beautifully miserable.
Try also - The Innocence Mission.

Her Space Holiday are brilliant, but The Innocence Mission can be a bit hit & miss, sometimes really good stuff, sometimes a bit too boring, nothing much happening.

ah her space holiday, never thought to see a post about it.

i love, it's one of my favorite bands, i've known it for some years now...

i actually went to benicassim festival (spain) to see it (i'm from portugal).
and the day after the show i met marc bianchi :) it was so cool.

i also like his previous bands, indian summer, calm, mohinder (those bands arent anything like hsh, it's a san diego hardcore/emo/thingie more like stuff from gravity or threeoneg).

Duly noted!  It made me smile, even if I like them...
I know a couple of emo boys who may appreciate it too.

I'm surprised that there's this many fans of this band anywhere. They're pretty fucking bomb, but I don't really have acces to much of their stuff.

well the first time i heard about it was on the buddyhead interview a few years ago. then i got a few of they're records on mp3.

i bought some of the lps from insound.com i think?

but i've already seen some of their cds on the local "megastore" FNAC - maniac expressive and the remix album (not the last one, the one with songs from another groups).
