QC t-shirt skin for HL2

hello! Who should I mail first to include a QC t-shirt in a skin for Half-Life 2? I had in mind the Faye teddy bear.

I don't know if any other italian ever reported this,but who told Dora that ugly explanation for her surname Bianchi? Ok,literally it means white/pale...but since it is at least 1000 years old,so a lot more things could have been "the white": the most favorable of them,being the color of the upper class in the middle ages
