As a reader of Questionable Content, I was surprised when an outfit of Dora-in-the-Library induced genuine dislike in me towards her fashion. I don't quite know why, is it the juxtaposing of odd shapes and colors and meanings? I cannot say for certain. I later decided to face my fear by re-rendering it.  Wow, that was beautiful! Also, I totally agree with you about Dora's outfit that day. I saw it and was like, "Oh God, that is awful." Girl needs to learn how to dress. |

Well I can't draw but I do crochet and ppl on craftster said i should show them off here. So here's my Pintsize and Winslow plushies. I did make them to give to Jeph because he was going to be at a con I was going to..but it was a misprint on the part of the con  .  I took other pics but this is my favorite cause Pintsize looks dangerously cheerful about something and Winslow looks like he's trying to get away. (or else Pintsize pushed him, I can't decide.) |

The face is too long, mostly because the eyes are too high up, and the forehead is too big, which is accentuated by the height of the hair. I have a tendency toward that and the swan neck. I have to pay real close attention to my proportions. Sometimes just getting it sketched out right takes longer than the painting.
I'm also unhappy with the trapezius, but I think that's because I'm used to drawing more muscular forms and I like to see it well defined.

Heya Rebound. I just finished reading your comic archive. Was wicked.
That said I've been wanting to do some fan art of my own. I've always wanted to do a "What if Azumanga Daioh came to visit Questionable Content?" thingy. I did one today but its just pencil and ink at this point. Hopefully I'll get it photographed and posted tonight. Afterwards I'll need to color it.
