Two things. Wait, two and a half.
1. Will there be more queer characters in your webcomic? (This is secretly asking if there's potential for Hannelore x Marigold [whomayormaynothaveacock])
2. Why do you discourage others from getting a Pintsize tattoo? Granted, I too understand the dumb implication of getting something "generic" and something you may regret later in life.
a. Of course, I don't think I'd regret getting one because I don't see a potential "GWAH I HATE YOU JEPH FUCK THIS TATTOO IT REMINDS ME OF YOU!" more, specifically because we're not dating, or even like, know eachother.
1. It continues to baffle me that people believe (or want to believe, anyway) that either Marigold or Hannelore is into girls. What evidence of this have I ever posted? Marigold is into hentai! Hanners has a weird thing for firemen! But to answer your question yes I am sure there will be more queer folks.
2. Because Pintsize is a terrible subject for a tattoo.

I fucking hate babies.

Hey Jeph when are you going to draw a size comparison of all of your characters' clits? I think your adoring public is really curious about this. They are gluttons for information.
haw haw oh you are so funny!

Impossible to code in, given the extremely simple and archaic PHP running my site. YES it will get updated SOMEDAY but I've been saying that for YEARS NOW
Want help? I'm a fair hand with PHP, and I'd love to contribute.
We've got a custom backend in the works now, soon as my server guy gets done checking it out we will switch over. I eagerly anticipate being able to edit newsposts.

When you need lots of extras (like in today's strip, and the Speed Beer ones), do you hit Google image search or Flickr for pictures of random people to draw, or just start drawing freehand and see what happens?
I just start drawing, it's not that hard to make up random people

Hey Jeph. I've had an account here, but never posted due to sheer fear over the community, but after hearing your new song, I have to ask.
What is your serious opinion of Shoegaze?
most of it is derivative trash but some of it (my bloody valentine, slowdive) is good
Quote from: Useless_Proverb on August 11, 2009, 10:30:28 PM
Were you serious on twitter today? I'd totally play guitar in a DeathMole band. In the sense that Dethklok is real and fictional.
a live Deathmøle may actually happen, I am Talking to People about it
Quote from: talihal on August 12, 2009, 11:01:44 AM
OK Jeph, Are you intentionally hinting at a possible gayity between Marigold and Hanners? Or is it a cooincidental thing that Hanners gets excited when Marigold comes into the room and they spent hours watching a couple gay anime characters and then Marten mentioned a weird lesbian pron?
jesus

Hey Jeph
Can I have Jeffrey Rowland's phone number?
I want to leave him voicemail. Not threatening voicemail or anything, I bear him no ill will, I just want to leave him messages about my day and stuff. You know, keep him up to date.

Jeph, I think your next poster containing all of your characters should have them all wearing Victorian age clothing. Could you make this happen? Maybe just think about it a little?
PS Sorry If someone already asked this! I'm a little behind :/
i've considered it

If plans for NEWW 2010 are ever finalized, I'm signing up for that. In the meantime, is there any chance you'd be willing to travel to Dallas the weekend of November 14th (for our Dallas Webcomics Expo)?
depends. are you paying for air fare and my hotel?

Jeph,
Your avvy is creeping me the fuck out. It reminds me of that doll/puppet off the Saw series. How much will it take, in monetary favors or otherwise, to change it to something slightly less terrifying? Like a zombie allosaurus devouring Sara then vomiting up her half digested remains?

If i recall correctly, Jeph mentioned the fact that it creeps people out is one of the reasons he likes it so much...

I know the delays are ridiculous and have tried to make things happen but success has been limited so far due to a variety of factors which I can't discuss here. Sorry.

Jeph, sorry if this has been asked before, but two questions that kind of interlock:
Have you been aproached by anyone about making QC into a show on like Adult Swim or something?
If someone like Seth Mcfarlane aproached you about that very thing, what would you say?

I think he answered the "animated QC" question on the u-stream commentary night. It was something along the lines of "not for less than $1 million, and I'd pull an Alan Moore and tell everyone how shitty it is just before it airs".

I think I saw you at the 3 County Fair earlier today, Jeph. I was very tempted to say something, but then I realized I'd rather not be some annoying turd interrupting an otherwise enjoyable outing for you. Also I think I was just terrified of your presence. I say this as a small framed, 5'7" guy, but you're freaking huge. You almost stepped on me in the cow area, and I thought I'd never get out of your shadow. God damn.
Anyways, question simply being did you enjoy the fair, and if so, what was your favorite part? Personally for me: Adorable little bunnies.

Hello Jeph,
when you rummage through the WCTs or even the whole 'QC Discussion' subsection, does
ever
come something good out of this?
I'm just baffled that you seem to follow them so closely and when you actually post in them, it's not exactly because you liked a particular post. ;>
Not that it's anything but cool of you to stay in touch with even the most deranged part of the fanbase, but it seems that people try to forcedly come up with quirky stuff just to provoke replies from you.
I'm aware that this coming from me makes me seem hipocritical, but in all honesty I stopped posting there because I eventually found out that you were reading the silly shits&giggles posts of mine and offending you in any way was none of my interest. :>

I think I saw you at the 3 County Fair earlier today, Jeph.
Probably did.

Jeph can you draw babies? I am curious enough to ask a second time and not be followed up by the creep.
I repeat: I HATE babies

Hello Jeph,
when you rummage through the WCTs or even the whole 'QC Discussion' subsection, does
ever
come something good out of this?
I'm just baffled that you seem to follow them so closely and when you actually post in them, it's not exactly because you liked a particular post.
it is mainly negative or stupid things that get responses from me because I have an uncontrollable urge to correct them. Also as I get older I have gotten a little more sure of myself, so now if someone posts a "man qc isn't as good as it used to be" thread I feel much more comfortable saying "no, actually, you are wrong."
plus sometimes it is just fun to be angry at the Internet. Hannelore/Marigold shippers are PERFECT for inducing such rage.

Hey Jeph I am sorry I am being a shit to you in this thread sometimes because you are rad.
Also, I found some really great hentai of Faye and Pintsize but Pintsize was a loaf of bread, is that cool?

So brand new here, and just got through the entire series over Thursday and Friday and (like everyone else apparently) I've got some question(s)
And of course if they've already been asked, I'm sure some will direct me to the answer, but I got tired after page 8.
First, I've noticed that that all (or almost all) the characters with deep psychological problems are the girls; with Steve being the only guy with a (potentially) serious problem, his post relationship binges; was this intentional, or did it simply happen organically? And I'm not asking
why are there crazy people
I know, it's because crazy people make it easier to generate drama.
