Whoa.... I was ultra mega excited because I got an invite from nihilist...and they totally banned me without a warning or even explanation. I just came back and all my torrents were stopped. I went to the chat to ask what happened, and I guess when my boyfriend helped me set up the bittorrent client (I don't know CRAP about that stuff), he set me up on the wrong one and had to do some kind of fix to get it to work. And so they just banned me and booted me from the IRC channel (which is the only way I can ask for forgiveness).
The thing that sucks is they were like REALLY REALLY rude and snotty about it and saying "It was clear what would happen if you did what your boyfriend did, and so tell him he ruined it for you." But I went back and read the rules and there was absolutely NOTHING that said I couldn't use the client I was using.
I wouldn't be that sad about it, but I had invested a TON of time into it so far. In a week, I had uploaded over 6.5 GB of stuff, including creating 2 torrents, and my sharing ratio was way above 100%. *sigh*
Sorry, I had to share that somewhere. VERY VERY SAD.
