Albums that flow nicely into other albums

<< < (4/6) > >>

Johnny C:
And if you sandwich in the Apostle of Hustle album and chuck in the EP To Be You And Me at the very end, it becomes EVEN MORE AWESOME.

Bunnyman:
SAW85-92 -> FSoL - Accelerator

Underworld - A Hundred Days Off -> Leftfield - Rhythm and Stealth ->  Fluke - Risotto -> Crystal Method - Tweekend

Dntel - Life is Full of Possibilities -> Funkstorung - Disconnected

Mobb Deep - Murda Muzik -> NaS - Stillmatic

DJ Pierre - Phuture -> Luke Vibert - Kerrier District

And listening to McLusky's entire discography back-to-back is quite an experience.  Though you'll have a concussion at the end of the experience, if not brain damage.

Kai:
Ever listen to Zappa's albums in any order, but like, consecutively? It's pretty awesome.

nescience:
David Bowie - Low into Brian Eno - Another Green World

Very predictable, I know.  Better ones to come...

Cornelius - Point into David Sylvian Secrets of the Beehive

Ellen Allien & Apparat - Orchestra of Bubbles into La Dusseldorf - Individuellos

I have tried to find good album pairs and it's sometimes difficult to find good off-the-wall pairs, but it's great when you can find 'em.

McTaggart:
I've noticed a flaw to this thread, I don't have most of these albums. I've only been able to try the Nick Cave/Nick Cave one (thanks Dynamite, I'm pretty surprised I haven't played these back to back before. Probably because Boatman's Call is the album that I neglect the most.)
