Hehe, looks good.

Anthony Stewart Head was in that preview right?

And who's the woman Rose argues with? Which Doctor would she have appeared with?

Edit: Sorry for ending with a preposition

Holy crap - Sarah Jane and K-9!  SARAH JANE AND K-9, EVERYBODY!!

If this doesn't start airing in Australia within a week of it starting in Britain, there will be stern letters written to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.  Stern letters.

Yep, that's Giles.

And Inlander's half answered the second question.  The other half of the answer is Jon Pertwee (final season) and Tom Baker (his first to halfway through his third season).

Less than 5 hours to go :D

I hope it get better and better, I remember the old one was incredibly scary and violence, quite a lots of profanity in the afternoon! the new Doctor Who is pretty good and worthy to watch but for those who seen the original, they'd feel it has been soften to hell.

Do the monks remind anyone else of that BBC1 advert? You know, the one when a programme is about to come on and there are these guys in red performing Tai-Chi(?) by a lake?

Anyway, can't wait for next week! :)

I've forgetting how British it is, until I brought the DVD in the BBC Shop (yes we have a BBC shop in the UK)

Oh David Tennant...

The Torchwood thing started last series, it's all leading to a late night uncut version of a Doctor Who style programme called Torchwood starring Captain Jack.

It was pretty bizarre. Not like Dr. Who hasn't had some VERY strange moments before.  Castrovalva anyone?

If you want to understand more about Torchwood, watch the Christmas Special. I think they're basically trying to bring them in to take the place of UNIT, as the United Nations has basically said they can't use any UN insignia in relation to UNIT, or say what the acronym stands for anymore.

It was like a Season 14 episode of the old series crossbred with a Chinese Wire-Fu film and Alien. :D

Bizarre.  But BRILLIANT :)

I honestly cannot be bothered with British Sci-fi most of the time, but if Giles is in it, I will totally hit up that shit like a slutty 14 year old school-girl.

FAVOURITE DOCTOR!

I am not a doctor Who fan, by any stretch of the imagination, but I had a girlfriend whose little brother used to sum up your entire personality by the doctor that was around during the year you were born. I was a "Colin Baker" and therefore, totally worthless as a human being to him. Fuck they were weird.
