Misericordiam, I was just shown these guys earlier today, but holy shit I am amazed at how awesome they are. I've found a new <3 band.



Another AWESOME band that rocks the fucking hell out of me.

Regurgitate are a killer grind band that need to get pimped in a hard fashion.

One band that IS really cliche and average, but also IMMENSELY fun, is Cock and Ball Torture.

My favourite grind band of all time is definitely Discordance Axis. Get the two 'Original Sound Version' CDs: they are insanely good value, each one contains one album, plus EPs, live shows, demos and their halves of all their splits, many of which are just impossible to get otherwise.

Other grind or grind-like entities I have been known to inflict myself with:

Agoraphobic Nosebleed, The Berzerker, Circle of Dead Children, Contrastic, Dying Fetus, Exhumed, Extreme Noise Terror, Fuck...I'm Dead, Japanische Kampfhörspiele, Last Days of Humanity, Libido Airbag, Mincing Fury and the Guttural Clamour of Queer Decay, Napalm Death, Nasum, Pig Destroyer, Repulsion, The Sawtooth Grin, Soilent Green, Terrorizer, To Seperate the Flesh From the Bones (featuring members of, of all things, HIM) and of course, the greatest band in the history of everything...
