Hammerfall,  Star One, Pagans Mind, Therion, Domine, Amorphis, some Edge of Sanity.

I have to catch a bus now, but that will get you started.

I totally second Star One and Pagan's Mind. I'm not really sure if Edge of Sanity really applies to this situation, but they kick ass anyway.
