Hah. The piano player in my high school jazz band used to play sick-ass blues improv jams on his trumpet while accompanying himself on piano. Guy made it to the front page of the local paper for doing it at one of the festivals we played at.
Here's something that makes me giggle like a little schoolgirl. The title means "Fuck your sister" in Albanian.
