Never had the former but really love the latter.

Guiness is real great until the trip to the bathroom.

Don't skull a pint of guiness. Not pleasant frim my experience.

Jeridus:
The Pogues are kinda boring, and Dropkick Murphy's take themselves way too seriously. But Flogging Molly is nothing but fun (even the more serious songs like "The Son Never Shines On Closed Doors" are fun to drink to).

I prefer the Real McKenzies to all three aforementioned bands... too bad they're Scottish-Canadians.
