Johnny C:
Merely reading about this gave me the good kind of shivers. Now I have the album in my grasp - this tangible item - that defies analogy. It's an incredible pastiche of neo-soul, hip-hop and mental illness, raw and furious but still wry and occasionally subdued. Cee-Lo Green and Dangermouse have teamed up to create this fantastic, textured work of majesty. I suggest you all buy it.

KharBevNor:
Judging by the single, 'raw' and 'furious' aren't really the words I use.

I mean, Diamanda Galas it ain't.

Scandanavian War Machine:
i wouldnt call it raw or furious either. but i would call it good music.

jeph:
I like it okay. Maybe it'll grow on me with time.

Lately all I can listen to are Jesu and Ladytron. wtf.

If you're looking for something analogous, the Peeping Tom album comes out next week.
