picked it up at sears today. wal-mart and target had them for sale, too. they arent supposed to be out until the 11th, so if anyone is in the market for one, try your local stores.

I could have pre-ordered one at EB a while back and had one in my grubby mitts by yesterday.  Unfortunately I don't have the dosh to support such a purchase right now, or else I'd be buying this + the new Mario.

I mean, I already have a 1st-run DS, but like, c'mon.

i have been seeing them at the stores for months now... well, seeing the displays for them because they are usually sold out... and it is so hard to keep myself from buying one! i already have the regular DS... and they're more expensive here than the $129.99 price they've got in the states... *sigh*

I'm looking pretty damn smart for not getting into either of the new handhelds until now, aren't I?

I'll probably look in my local EB this weekend and see if they have any in stock. Otherwise, I'm in no rush.

Apparently, Nintendo is going to fine a lot of companies a whole bunch of money for violating the release agreement. I reserved one for next weekend, so I don't see why getting one a full 7 days earlier is that important.
