Ghost RIder reminds me of Daredevil.. I predict they will be on the same level, quality and style-wise.  you've got a sorta big name actor inexplicably playing a superhero, a somewhat underappreciated hero at that so there's going to be a lot of emphasis placed on convinvcing the audience "YES. THIS GUY IS COOL" throughout the entire movie.  Is it the same director?

It annoys me no end that Marvel just can't get it right.

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you meant "Batman Begins" and not Returns.
