Awesome singing.

penpen17:
Regina Spektor.  She is AWESOME.  Kind of like a strange hybrid between Fiona Apple and Ella Fitzgerald, with her own touch of whimsy.

Also, Maura Davis from Denali (and now Ambulette).  The music is mediocre, but I am totally in love with her voice

Rizzo:
I dig Davey Havok but I would say that.
Also;
Peter Steele (Type O)
Karin (Collide)
Peter (Bauhaus)
Lucia (KMFDM)
Matt (Muse)
ohGr (Skinny Puppy/ohGr)
These may not neccessarily be the best singers but they all do some amazing sounding layering or otherwise interesting stuff.

Trollstormur:
Mathias Blad -- Falconer (self-titled & Chapters from a Vale Forlorn)

easily one of the greatest if not the greatest vocal talents in the world of metal today.

Varg 'Count Grishnack' Vikernes (Burzum): One thing Varg definitely understood was what BM vocals were about. On 'Burzum' He sounds like he's being tortured under four feet of ice. Awesome.

one time, its so catchy but does anyone know that language it is in? I can't make heads or tails of it yet I still sing along.

Without trying to hit on anything else thats been said...
JYRKI (Two Witches)
Tarja Turunen (Night Wish)
Amanda Palmer (Dresden Dolls)

Those are just a few off the top of my head.

It's in Finnish.  It's horrificially low quality so it's hard to make out, but the distinctively rolled Rs and the number of words ending in "a" are a dead giveaway . . . as is the fact that the side-bar quite clearly says that they're a Finnish group.
