Side project of the bassist from Agalloch that is weirdness for weirdness' sake: high-pitched vocals, samples, and simplistic keyboards. Also released two CDs with absolutely no music on them. No sound. Nothing. I think they might not have even contained blank CDs.
Afrirampo. They're on Tzadik, but I had to throw them out just in case, because I picked up "Kore Ga Mayaku Da" for its low price and odd cover art and found out it was really good! It's sorta a punk duo, but with lots of odd things going on, mostly from the two girls howling and breaking songs down very soon after entering them. Plus, the riffs are suprisingly good when they're playing riffs. Has anyone else heard of them? Are they actually well known? I don't know much about them...
