Which therefore makes it exceptionally sad that Nick Fury couldn't beat Trickster's lackey, nevermind that said lackey was subsequently beaten by pastries.
Also, I have to question the logic that throwing a shield covered in pies is somehow smarter than just throwing the shield at his head.
