I can see what you're pointing out, and maybe that is the issue the caption refers to, but it's not actually a bulge. Rather, that's just the far side of her leg framed by her hand and the person in front of her in a way that looks suspicious. I'm still looking to see if there's anything else.

What seems odd to me is that no one is sitting on the same side of the car as the guy whose picture is being taken. The other side of the car is full.
