You can leave the show, and stumble around the streets drunk all night and not worry about getting cold. That's the benefit of summer concerts.

I went to the bright eyes show here. It sounds like it was exactly the same as your show.

Plus summer concerts can and often are outside.  And festivals.

I'm BEYOND psyched for the Pitchfork Music festival. Not only do I get to see Os Mutantes, but I also get to get plastered with new people.

There isn't much of one, except that you can maybe make very large commutes to go see some of them and also taking trips to see said concerts won't affect your life too much. Unlike, say, during the school year.
