On the topic of webcomic adaptations...
KharBevNor:
I have come to the conclusion that with not too much effort Scary Go Round could be adapted into the best cult tv program EVER.
One chapter per episode. Maybe skip some of the chapters to condense it into one or two series. It would be like the X-Files meets Eerie, Indiana meets Ultraviolet meets Coupling. Or something. All I know is there would be wit, laughter, monkeys with telephones on their heads, ninjas, Jimmy Hendrix's pet devil bear, goblins, one molecule thick romanians and satanic nuns. Also, creepy lift attendants, zombies and the vampire beach boys.
Oh, and of course, KRAKKAGAR.
It would be the best thing ever.
Cartilage Head:
Hells yes.
Tokuma:
That would be quite awesome. I wonder what it would take to actually rally up a bunch of fans of Scary Go Round or even QC and do a low-budget Pilot Fan-Film(Series?) thing.
Slick:
Would you want it live action or animated? I think it'd be best done as a cartoon, but it might come across as trendy because I think the old SGR art is very much in style right now. Then again, that might help it get off the ground with a pilot pitch. At any rate, it'd require a good deal of work on John A's behalf to get an illustrated series out there, and he is as busy as webcomic artist right now!
KharBevNor:
Nah, I'd definitely say live action.
