Probably because, to me, using the word "rape" in a figurative sense is cheesy.

Its not a very good song though, why couldn't he just call Bush a cock and be over with it.
Frankly bush bashing is quite boring, especially when all you are doing is poking shots at a caricature of your own making.
He should stick with being angsty, he can't do political any more than Neil Young can.
