Click, the movie was hilarious although sad.

Merkava:
The post was referring to the post before it and the bolded parts should come together to form Freaky Friday, a movie (2 movies, really) that had the plot line of switching bodies with a son/daughter.

mookers:
oh i see, i must have scanned over that.

i noticed Freaky Friday and i was mimicking your style, cause i thought you were making a sarcastic remark about the generic plotline of Click, you know, seeing life from another point of view and learning some valuable life lessons. i was just addin' on to your joke, you know, adding on to it by comparing the movie to It's A Wonderful Life the same way as you were comparing it to Freaky Friday.

well i'm not good at forums. hah.
i shouldn't need a paragraph to explain my joke.

unless you didn't recognize It's a Wonderful Life as a movie title.. classic old flick starring Jimmy Stewart.

Inlander:
For the record, my post, to which Merkava's was apparently a (once-removed) response, was itself in response to est's post about the concept of Click being a rather '80s-style one.  I recall the '80s being particularly rife with body-swapping and/or changing movies (Vice Versa, 18 Again!, Like Father, Like Son, Big . . .).

Man, I'm confused.

mookers:
hahaha, marvelous.

Ozymandias:
I actually agree that it could be a good dramatic plot, if done in a Darren Aronofsky or Charlie Kaufman-esque style.
