EDIT: I have been known to cross state lines for a good power hour. It is the ultimate drinking game for me since it involves (1) copious amounts of booze; (2) the opportunity to take in some really varied music in various states of inebriation; and (3) no manual dexterity.

Working within the above parameters, design a power hour songlist.  It is cool, but not essential, that you specify which minute of your song will be included on the power hour.
