I am a regular browser of the forums for Third Eye Blind found here: http://www.3eb.co.uk/

Anyways, they made compilations of music created by forum members as a tribute to the band (originals and covers).

Anyways, you can download the CDs here: http://www.3eb.co.uk/index.php?page=audio_fan#2

  My personal favorites are :
Should Be
Paradigm Shift
Eventually
Myspacebook Champion (best song . . ever)

Just thought I'd share some good music by unknowns with anyone who cares to listen.

Paradigm Shift?

As in like?

The pretty bitchin Liquid Tension Experiment song?

but the music sucks because the keyboards don't have the cold/mechanical sound they had but a wannabe techno sound that it's pathetic for Rammstein standars.

No idea what you're talking about, but I'm sure the only way to answer your question would be to listen to it.  I doubt it's the same as whatever you're thinking, as all of these songs were done by people that browse the forums regularly.

Has the QC forum ever done a compilation album? Because I actually have a song I'm proud enough of to put on it now.

Also I would like to point out that the combination of Sailor Moon and faux-Kerouac / Sonic Youth spelling is perhaps the purest distillation of what this forum is that we have yet been presented with.

using tommydski's patented method of telling whether a band should be allowed to play music, i will tell you if they pass an cursory inspection.

you should not be allowed to play music.

Yeah it is, its about a compilation of songs made by fans of Third Eye Blind including tributes to and covers of Third Eye Blind.

At least, that's what I gathered when I read you original post.

We should totally make a compilation album of our musics. That would be awesome.

Yeah that'd be cool. I'd see if my band'd be happy to be on it.

We actually should do this by the way.

Have someone upload the tracks to be downloaded somewhere and then we'll just stick a track list up.

That is if we can get enough music out of the forum. Shouldn't be too hard.

It may cause some strain on my connection, but I have a server that's not being used for much at the moment, so I'd be happy to host any songs.

@DavidGrohl: Does Third Eye Blind actually still exist as a band? I haven't heard of them releasing a new album in AGES, yo. I've been meaning to get their classics for the longest time.
