Finally saw this Saturday. Fan, Effing, Tastic. Great direction, awesome effects, top notch acting, good music from Kronos Quartet and Mogwai, and at times more than a bit confusing (but the good confusing). 2nd best movie this year, solidly behind The Departed. Go see it while its still in theaters.

hm. somehow missed this thread. i was waiting for this to drop for a good year and i was thoroughly blown away by it. loved aronofsky before, but this definately landed him a secure favourite director and very likely favourite movie. the fountain pretty much sums up everything i could have ever wanted to make in a movie.

I can't wait for it to come to DVD so I can watch it all the time.

I watched it last night, loved it.  That's all that I'm gonna say about it.
