Wrong. mulan and fantasia 2000 are definitely better than that one. i would include james and the giant peach, but that's not completely animated. (and since you only said non-pixar, all the ghibly ones totally win out the ones made in the past ten years. ^_- )
ok, looking at a chronological list of disney movies, all my favorites are really old.

based on the porn I've seen I think Lilo & Stitch is the best disney film put out since mulan.

Man, I didn't know Disney even claimed Nightmare Before Christmas and minor ghibli films like The Cat Returns.
As far as I'm concerned, when I talk about Disney films, I, and probably most other people, mean animated films that start with the Disney Castle logo.
Anwyay, lets talk about how great Fantasia is, bar that embarrasing bit with the dancing hippos.
Although it's not entirely Disneys doing this (Part 1) and this (Part 2) is some of the coolest shit I've seen in AGES. The Night on the Bare Mountain segment of Fantasia synched up to classic Black Sabbath tunes.

All that comes to mind when I think Disney are those old movies I watched when I was young, and... The Cheetah Girls.

I enjoyed the Aristocats, though.
