i can't think of that musical without thinking of everyone has aids out of team america

ielerol:
I could never pick just one.

Top contenders include:
Mr. Cellophane from Chicago
Chaveleh from Fiddler on the Roof
The Ballad of Sweeney Todd from Sweeney Todd
The Origin of Love from Hedwig and the Angry Inch (though I adore pretty much every song from Hedwig)
Cabaret from Cabaret

I like dark musicals. And Gilbert and Sullivan, but G&S is really about the whole production more than individual songs.

Craig:
The ones I have seen...

TV: "What You Feel" from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Movie: "Chilly Down" from Labyrinth.
Stage (Modern): "Habe Sie Gehurt Das Deutsche Band?" from The Producers (Mind you, "Urinetown" from Urinetown comes an extremely close second).
Stage (Classic): "Behold the Lord High Executioner" from The Mikado.

The ones I'd like to see...
Stage (Modern): Is a tie between "Laker Girls Cheer" and "Monks Chant/He Is Not Dead Yet" from Spamalot.
Stage (Classic): "With a Little Bit of Luck" from My Fair Lady.

'springtime for hitler' is a great song by anyone's standards.

I loved that movie, hilarious.

KharBevNor:
You know, I'd forgotten Gilbert and Sullivan. Some of that ain't too bad.
