Ideas for some potential sticky topics in this here section

1) the "Plug Your Comic" thread.  People can go and say "Hey, this is my webcomic; hope you enjoy" in this thread without filling up the rest of the forums.  It'd also keep all the forumite comics in one easily accessible location for anyone that's interested in looking through other folk's comics.

2) The official "QC Comics suggestion" thread.  Seems that every other topic in here is someone asking for suggestions on other stuff to read and we almost always come up with the same list of webstrips.  It'd lessen clutter, at the very least.
