Paradise Lost - "One Second" & "Host"

What? Those are not doom albums, especially not by PL. Also, as a fan, I try to forget the fact that PL actually realesed Host.
Also MDB are goth fashion kings.

I never said that they were doom, but they are very much within the 'gothic' realm of heavy metal. I personally loved "Host" as well, but then again I'm also a big Depeche Mode fan. :) I think that "Host", while a massive departure from their prior sound obviously (but you could see it coming on "One Second") is one of their best records they ever released and certainly their most daring. I wish they had stayed on that route actually since their current output is so predictable.
Oh well. :-D And if MDB are goth fashion kings or queens they are doing a fine job of releasing interesting music in the meantime. ;)

I have lost my last metal credit.
Also, Felix, Satyricon's Nemesis Divina would fit better on that list.
Misereatur:
I really dont find Host or One Second gothic, not at all. Icon and Darconian Times are Pl's goth albums, and probably Symbol of Life and Paradise Lost too.

These three bands are fucking awesome, especially Drudkh, "Autumn Auruoa" is a damn masterpeice.
Also good to see some love for "Panzerfaust" (my second fav DT album behind UAFM).
