did any one else notice that the guy that cox was looking over was cox, the person the janitor was talking to was the janitor, and I think that the woman that JD was talking to was JD

um, that was on purpose. you didn't notice the whole 'seeing the patients as themselves' theme?? it's hard to ignore the narration.

Anywho, awesome first episode, carla and elliot grinding with kelso was amazinggggg.

Great first episode. It really IS time that "Bye-Bye-Bye" comes back.

I knew that it was the seeing yourself in your patients thing, I just wanted to know if any one else got the connection as well
