Videogames need to be like this
Will:
It is a rather misleading trailer, but what the hell...that'd be a really interesting dynamic for game developers to explore, if they ever chose to do so...
nihilist:
There is a market for it, as long as it is well done. Think HL2 with a bit more scripted action, and more music.
Blue Kitty:
I have told my friend many times of my dislike of the song. I mean I kind of like it but it seems out of place to me, I like my first person shooters with a little more metal. Though I don't think I liked the screamo version either, maybe some place in the middle would be nice.
IRBABOON:
see, wanting a deep and emotional game is all good, but when someone actually DOES make a game like that it tends to be a flop because at the end of the day it seems most people, what they really want is just to blow something up, play some sports or etc... and the small majority that actually WILL play the game are left out and un thought of.. well thats just my experience

All too often, my friend, all too often. People value action far more than they do storytelling, and it's a shame that that's the way it is. Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, for instance, had one of the best stories I've ever experienced, but the action involved (gameplay in general) was really bland. Some games focus more on one, less on the other, sometimes neither.
