(click to show/hide)Benjen was at the feast, so he could have met Bran there. Also this was obviously not the first time Benjen visited Winterfell, since Jon recognized him on the spot. Granted, we don't know if the last visit was when Bran was too little to be able to remember it, but I think we should operate under the assumption that he knows what his uncle looks like.

(click to show/hide)I guess maybe sort-of-dying or whatever it is to become an Other/White Walker (or whatever Coldhands is) is enough to change your appearance enough for Bran to not recognize him but not enough to cast a different actor, so everyone would know it was him.
