Method of Madness:
(click to show/hide)Or his father, for that matter.
Re: That cast member, they might be lying? I hope so.

(click to show/hide)I mean, having Melisandre return to the wall right before Jon gets stabbed?

LeeC:
not to mention
(click to show/hide) He's still contractionly obligated to show up in the next few season...  Also magic is friggen everywhere now so we'll see.

Schwungrad:
Another possibility is
(click to show/hide)Jon warging into Ghost. In the Prologue of ADWD, it's established that Skinchangers can preserve their spirit by warging into an animal when their human body dies. Jon is a Skinchanger, though he is not fully aware of this and only wargs into Ghost during sleep ("wolf dreams"). Who knows what he might do in the desperation of imminent death.

Method of Madness:
(click to show/hide)Brienne: Any last words before I make sure the world has one less murderer?
Stannis: Fewer.

The Seldom Killer:
Up until now, (click to show/hide)GoT has been pretty explicit in showing you people die. But not this time.

We didn't see Stannis die.
We didn't see Sansa die.
We didn't see Theon die.
We didn't see Arya die.
We didn't see Myrcella die.

But we did see Selyse die and we did see Jon Snow die (or at least we think we did). That's a lot of doors left wide open.
