This movie is so bad, that a sequel would have to be so bad as to break the time-space continuum.
That said, I think Cabin Fever had redeeming qualities in its hilarity.

Stayc:
1) The DaVinci Code.  --Only because I was a major fan of the book, and the movie killed it.

2) Napoleon Dynomite

3) Ghost Rider.

4) Pursuit of Happyness

5) Mulholland Drive
