I'll have to make a scan of some stuff I did for the school yearbook a few years ago. For each grade I drew a picture using the student's names. The one that turned out best was a ladybug.

ampersandwitch, yeah, I just havea tihng where I absolutely cannot draw good hands. I would actually like to meet someone who can...I modelled my own hands, but as I did not have my blades (I threw them away) I couldn't remember how I held them...that sounded incredibly fucked up..but ok.

Don't use a blade.  That temptation I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.  Use a little folded up paper or something.
People who complain about not being able to draw something just need to practice.  I couldn't draw mouths for the longest time, but I think I've gotten better.
I have to work on ears.
Man, I would love to see more scans of that, just to get the full meaning.
