I bake things, but it's the decorating that is my favourite.

Bears are awesome.


The "e" in love got messed up while I was transporting the cake, and there are crumbs in the frosting because it was too stiff but this was early in my decorating experience and I didn't know how to fix it.

I know, but the brand I used is mixed with milk, I think. I think they suggested Earth Balance (or something like that), but I already had margarine.

I was just saying. I am filled with random facts and whatnot, so yeah. I am pathetic. I realize it.



How is margarine? Is it better than other ones? I'd imagine so. Most margarine is ick to me.


Also, mar-gar-ine is a funny funny word.

It's ok! I like using margarine in cookies, but for cakes I use butter. But I guess in general, I prefer margarine to butter on bread and whatnot. I think. Maybe?

Emaline:
I meant, "how is margarine with milk". I imagine it'd be better than the just plain vegetable margarine. I was hella high when I posted that. Sorry.


Anyway, today I will be baking a birthday cake for my little sister! Pictures will follow.
