I am no artist and cannot design this myself, but I think it would be cool to take the character from those bomber man games, have him shouting, "Jihad!", and underneath that picture the words, "Suicide Bomber man". Actually wearing that shirt may be a real health risk, though...

I like the Dartmouth/Katrina design, but I might kill myself if I had to print it (not because there's anything wrong with it! it'd just be tough to have those print locations wrapping around to each other).

Hehe. I've got a few t-shirt designs sketched out with a nuclear theme somewhere.
I mainly just use stencils to put the design onto t-shirts.
That's about the only t-shirt I've got a photo of.
I'm currently working on a Cthulhu themed one. The front will have his squiddy face on it and on the back "CTHULHU IS LORD", to take te piss out of the EU "CHRIST IS LORD" t-shirts I keep seeing around uni at the moment.
