I wonder if there's a possibility of one of the Eternal Darkness characters turning up in Super Smash Brothers Brawl. I mean, Nintendo published the game, so it should own the rights to all the characters. I know it didn't sell that great, but they're putting Pit in, and they already put in the Ice Climbers...

What would be really awesome is if that raised enough interest in the game that Nintendo would be willing to funding a sequel. After all, Marth and Roy being in Melee is what got the first Fire Emblem game brought over to the States.

Also, I'm trying to think of the other 9 essential Gamecube games. I'm assuming Wind Waker, Smash Brothers Melee, and the original Metroid Prime, but after that it gets tougher. There are certainly more Gamecube games that I enjoy a lot (Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Tales of Symphonia, and the original Baten Kaitos), but I don't know if I'd call them essential per se. Which titles did you specifically have in mind?

Also, I wonder what Monolith Soft is working on now that Nintendo bought them a few months back.
