My friend and I recently started a webcomic.  Neither of us can draw, and we were doubtful that anyone would be interested in drawing a comic about the Chicago Cubs, so we decided to use Photoshop.  Yeah, the quality is pretty shoddy, but I think we've managed to be quite a bit funny. http://www.cubscomic.blogspot.com
