Come on Matt, Bo Diddley designed that thing, and you know how big an effect he had on me when I met him. Besides, that is infinitely radder than even the raddest of Eastwoods or Danelectros.

Besides, 22 frets and awesome placement of the neck pickup (a Gretsch humbucker, at that!) at the -same time-. It's basically every guitar I've ever wanted, and that's before knowing who designed it.

Ballard:
Affordable, high quality Thunderbird alternative:

DeArmond JetStar

I'm making a huge mistake letting more people know about this company as it is. These guitars are only appreciating in value more as time goes on and more people rediscover them. I need to get my ass on investing in a few before it's too late.

Dearmond? Made by Fender after they bought Guild, and then they switched the line from DeArmond to Squier.

Haha.  I was just yankin' yo' chain.  As far as oddly-shaped bodies go, that is easily one of the better-looking ones.

The Joker:
I tend to not like the weird-shaped ones.  Maybe I'm alone, and maybe I'm judging them too soon, but I'd kind of feel stupid playing (not necessarily that one) the really strange ones onstage.
