Sea Creatures That You Should Probably Be Aware Of

Firstly, those shrimp are fucking insane! I had no idea there were combat-equipped shrimp out there.
Secondly, I think people should be aware that stingrays are actually extremely docile creatures, and they are ONLY dangerous to humans if they feel threatened. Probs Steve took the poor thing by surprise and got a nasty surprise, himself. :( Sucks for both, because now stingrays have a rep for bein' killers.

Also, Colossal Squid. Hot damn. Giant squids, too, with their freakishly huge eyes that kind of freak me out. Creepy model, not real.
And an octopus cramming itself into a shell. SOCUTE.

Oh man I have to introduce you guys to the coolest thing in the world.
It is called a Black Ghost Knife Fish (awesome name) and it is a tropical fish, you can purchase them for home aquariums, they are between 3-20 inches long. They are nocturnal and also have a weak electrical system, meaning they can't shock you, but when you have a bunch in an aquarium they will sort of line up like a battery.
And they look like this.
They move by undulating that wiggly long fin along the bottom in a sort of snakelike way, oh god they're so cool to watch.
